Corporate Tax in the UAE is regulated under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses. As per Article 51, all taxable persons, including mainland companies and Free Zone entities (subject to specific conditions), must register with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and obtain a Tax Registration Number (TRN). Corporate Tax applies at a rate of 9% on annual taxable income exceeding AED 375,000, as specified in Article 3.
